1. Service Description: FoundRevenueAI provides AI-driven intake infrastructure. The "60-Second Response Test" is a technology demonstration. By entering your number, you provide express written consent to receive one (1) AI-generated phone call and one (1) automated SMS from our system.

2. Accuracy of AI: While our AI (The Sentinel) is designed for high-level accuracy, users acknowledge that AI-generated voice and text are for informational purposes. FoundRevenueAI is not liable for any specific advice or "hallucinations" provided by the AI during the demonstration phase.

3. User Conduct: Users agree not to use the "Response Test" to harass others by entering third-party phone numbers without consent.

4. Limitation of Liability: FoundRevenueAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our AI infrastructure.
